Refund Policy
- Our users have the right to cancel their projects and request a refund if they are not satisfied with our services.
- Whenever you have a question or problem, feel free to contact our support team.
- You can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the product if you are not satisfied with it. The transactional fees will be deducted from the refund and the rest will be credited back to your account.
- The live workshops cannot be refunded for any reason after the class has been completed.
- In any event, once a fee has been paid for a classroom program, it cannot be refunded.
